Radiator Hoses
Nufox offers shaped radiator hoses, breather, heater, fuel filler hoses and rubber trims from a tooling library containing more than 5000 precision dies and formers.

We manufacture Lee Healey hoses using traditional methods which would be recognisable to workers decades ago on assembly lines in Longbridge, Cowley, Browns Lane, Dagenham and many others throughout Europe and beyond.
Our speciality is manufacturing rubber radiator hoses, door and window rubbers for classic and vintage cars. If we don’t have existing tooling we can start with a sample of the part you need to replace and reverse engineer a drawing, die or former and re-create your component in modern materials. Shapes, branches, convolutions, anti-chafe pads and sleeves are all within our capability.
Wrapped and stockinette covers can be applied to radiator hoses, if required, to add old-timer authenticity to modern functionality.
Whatever your requirements, our knowledgeable technical team are always on hand to provide advice and guidance and help you find the precise parts you require. We also work closely with a number of specific car owners clubs to provide volume stock of popular items where required.

We can take your concept through design, sampling, to finished product in-house, with complete control throughout. We have a number of processing options, and our total in-house control of design, manufacturing and tooling ensures that we can maintain timelines and achieve your delivery expectations.
Are your products bespoke?
Yes, at Nufox we provide you with a product that is totally compatible to your design and functional requirements.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes, orders for Automotive Hoses have a minimum order value of £150.
What are the lead times for a product?
If the product is a new development requiring tooling, this can often be less than four weeks. However if the project is complex and requires a specially formulated compound, this can be longer. Once we have your enquiry, we are able to give you an indicative production time.
